I led the concept, brand identity, packaging, and physical experience design, building everything from the ground up, including the spatial layout of the factory itself. The heart of the idea was simple but powerful: each borough of New York would inspire its own flavor, with its own personality.
Each flavor had its own unique branding, from color palette to typography, with packaging designed to reflect the borough’s vibe—from subway tiles to graffiti textures to vintage signage. The factory itself became part of the experience. Visitors could walk through the production line, sample fresh batches, and learn about the story behind each flavor station like they were touring the city.
What started as a simple factory became a love letter to New York—one kernel at a time. The result was a fully immersive brand that popped with personality, rooted in place, and ready to delight locals and tourists alike.
